Timing You Can Rely On
Corporate events run on schedules. Our team arrives with buffer time built in, and your service window is locked in advance. We don't hold up a keynote speaker waiting for food.

There's a measurable difference in how people engage when the food at a meeting is genuinely good. Not just adequate — actually good. We've seen it at board lunches in downtown Edmonton high-rises and at all-hands sessions in converted warehouses in the river valley. When the catering reflects care and seasonality, it signals the same about the organization that ordered it. Sparklriver brings that level of attention to corporate bookings of all sizes, from a working lunch for eight to a multi-day conference for 400. We work around your schedule, your dietary data, and your presentation standards.
Precision, flexibility, and seasonal quality — delivered to your boardroom, lobby, or event space.

Send us your guest list dietary data — allergies, preferences, restrictions — and we produce clearly labeled, equally appealing options. No stickers on styrofoam, no guessing at the buffet line.
Custom menu cards, branded napkin folds, and colour-matched floral accents are available to align food service with your company's visual identity. A subtle but effective touch for client-facing events.
Many of our corporate clients book monthly team lunches or quarterly client dinners. We keep a rotating seasonal menu on file for each account so menus never repeat within a six-month window.
We take corporate bookings from 8 guests upward. For very small executive lunches, we offer a curated plated service rather than a buffet format — actually more elegant for that context.
For recurring lunches, two weeks' notice is generally sufficient. For larger events or conferences, we recommend four to six weeks to allow proper menu design and staffing.
Yes — we cover the greater Edmonton metro area including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, and Spruce Grove. For events beyond that radius, contact us and we'll assess on a case-by-case basis.
Absolutely. Several of our clients have strict internal catering policies — halal, plant-forward, nut-free, or allergen-audited kitchens. We review your requirements at the onboarding stage and confirm compliance in writing.
We use Sparklriver for our monthly leadership lunches — about 22 people each time. What I appreciate is that the menu genuinely changes with the season. In March it was a roasted carrot and lentil soup with fresh-baked focaccia; in June it was chilled cucumber gazpacho and open-faced smoked salmon. Never boring, always on time, always professional.
