What To Include In Your Message
The more context you give us, the more useful our first response will be. If you know your event date, guest count, and venue (or have a few options in mind), share those. If you have a sense of the style or formality level you're after, mention it. If you have dietary considerations that feel complicated, flag them — we find it's much more efficient to address those early. You don't need to have everything figured out; plenty of our best events started with an email that said nothing more than “we're thinking about a dinner for 40 in October — can you help?” We can. We will.

How soon can you fit us in?
For small private events, two to three weeks' lead time is usually enough. For weddings and large corporate events, we recommend reaching out at least six to eight weeks in advance to secure your date and allow proper menu development.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — we ask for a 30% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remainder due one week before the event. This is standard in the industry and allows us to commit staff and source your specific ingredients.
What areas do you cover?
Our primary service area is Edmonton and the surrounding communities — Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and Stony Plain. Events further afield are considered individually; reach out and we'll let you know.
